The voting part. I can't ever verify the account if they're an alt. How can this situation be fixed? Does Jacob_ check for alts?
EDIT: Jacob_ , if you could be so kind as to check this alt for me - http://buildism.net/players/DoubleRainbow/1362 and see if he's an alt or using a proxy. And if he's an alt, be so kind to tell whose alt he is.

Nope. No posts whatsoever. The worst parrt about Brassrhino is that I can't scan him, it says there are no users OR posts with that IP Address. It's like he's got no trace of him.
