1. Press your spacebar 2 times and make Scout look down
2. Shoot below and you'll go up in the air 1 more time

This is an intended feature only available on the Force-a-nature. It's caused by the knock-back it causes to you and/or the person you shoot at. I'm assuming if you combine it with the Atomizer bat (warning, this bat sucks), you can get a quadruple jump.
