It was based off of my long-lasting ROBLOX look, which I recently replaced.
I made a better version off of that look eventually:

That was, I think, the only skin I made that I used a program other than MSPaint for designing and Microsoft Photo Editor for transparency. All you really need for nice skins is MSPaint (or similar) and if you're really good, some transparency software.
