It just seems there is a little bit of uselessness on it....
It also doesn't explain everything like how to upload skins etc...

I'm trying to get wiki mod permissions, the wiki currently sucks.

You don't have to be mod to edit the wiki... we just protected a few pages that are highly visible. If you want to change one of those, post on the page's discussion page.
