It basically makes unauthorized web streaming of copyrighted content a felony with a possible penalty of up to 5 years in prison. It's stupid because most of the people who break that soon-to-be-or-not-to-be law are under the age of 18 who don't even realize that it's copyrighted. It even violates the 1st and 10th amendment to the US Constitution.
