If you think someone is trolling you or plain being annoying and even when said person is unbanned, you don't want to listen to them any more...you can ignore them.
Yes, this forum has an ignore/block button. Yes you will see their activities and they can probably harass you still ingame or in chat, but now you don't have to see any threads/posts they make.
This leads me to another idea...
