Because another mod told me not to report PA's.
The mod probably said that because so few people understand what a personal attack actually is and we constantly get junk reports for stuff that isn't anywhere close to being one. If you can understand the official definition of personal attacks and flaming, then feel free to report both types of posts.

I have been reporting them. I just think sometimes the mods just site down open buildism up in another tab and go play roblox.
