ok i try to download somthing but it says im not connected to the internet internet explore dosnt work same with firefox aol only dose internet explore and firefox says im not connected but my computer says i am so does aol. i dunno what to do i hope somone can tell me whats wrong

Your browser may be set to offline, I never had that problem so I don't know the solution.

Try using Google Chrome

ok i did the cmd thing its all disconnected which means i think im not corrrectly connected but i did teh other part and it didnt work ill have to get my farther to call our internet provider to ask them.thanks anyways
