By textures do you mean pictures on a block? Upload the picture to imgur.com or tinypic.com and copy the direct URL link and finally paste it in under Texture.

You have to paste it and when you paste it, click anywhere on the Properties of Texture.

Ok this is the picture, but when i inport the link it wont talke it because ot says invaled URL code...

Try Insert > Object > Texture and edit the texture's properties to paste the link.
