RE: Help for a friend... - Login - 08-04-2011 It may be he installed the wrong type of Java - Did he install JRE? Also, it's a possibility he got the wrong computer download. Go to Start -> Right click on Computer -> Properties. It should tell you the System Type. It'll either be 32-Bit (86x) or 64-Bit.
