He spammed up a bunch of profiles and games with comments.
(I took care of them)
He is perma-banned but his IP matches up with Plad. Should Plad be perma-banned too?

I really don't think Plad deserved a perma-ban, because he spammed on his alt, not his main. I agree his alt deserved a perma-ban, but I think Plad should have a temporary ban. :/

He cursed out Excel on Plad, I gave him a ban, He then made another account to break rules. We wont allow that,
