When I use Buildism on my Mac, it flashes between the usual world view and a blue screen with some static. It starts off fast at first, and gradually slows down. I can't even move for the first 10 seconds or so. I'm sure this is already known by now, but I thought I should post it just in case.

I have the exact same problem with my Mac. I thought it was because my Mac had some issues. I guess not.

Try to re-install Java.

I don't think that reinstalling Java makes a difference in this case; every other Java program that I run works fine, yet Buildism doesn't.
