I know that im a sectional mod, but someone made a username that was really innaproperiate. Im guessing it was kieron because the ip was a proxy. Is it okay that I banned them permantly?

Proxys and bad usernames are always perma-bans.

If you didn't know, you can delete users in the admin CP - go to Users and Groups, search for their name, and click Options->Delete User.

This is the best way to deal with bad names, since it permanently hides their name from public view (if you delete all their posts firsts.)
