I believe it is out of order.
It should go:
Administrators
Community Manager
Moderators
Sectional Mods
and the Bot shouldn't even be listed on it.

I'm not sure it can be -- they're listed in the order they were created in (the levels, that is) and it's generated by the myBB, not anything Jacob_ coded.
The bot could be removed possibly, but I don't think it could be rearranged.

Maybe; it would look something more like the user pages than the forum pages though so it might not fit in very well.
