I can make people dumbstruck.


Like I just ultimately ruined this child's childhood.

He expresses this by placing his hand over his forehead forcefully, also known as a "winpalm" used to express the term of how awesome something is that they can't do anything but in all reactions just place their foreheads into the palm of their hands to think about how hard they've been owned.
