Minecraft Picture Playthrough - Hippo - 08-27-2011 Follow the world of me as I go through a new minecraft world. Day 1 First of all, I make the world and put in a seed that turned out to be pretty decent. I have a look at the world I'm in. I don't like snow biomes, so I'll avoid that as much as possible. Then, I get to the basics, punching trees and whatnot. Weirdly, I see at least one of each type of tree, but I don't take the Birch. I have a look over this mountain and find a canyon, complete with a lava pool. I find a decent sized coal vein and mine it quickly. The damage came from a zombie that ravaged me while I was making a sword. Kind of ironic. I make a basic home, but I will one day make a better one. My home is in the canyon, for the simple fact that the lava will prevent lots of monsters from spawning. I kill some pigs to get my health back up a bit. I then put my stuff in a chest, because it's turning night time and I'm going hunting. For sheep. A skeleton fight wasn't on my to-do list, but this guy was beefing with me. That's all for today, but I'll be back tomorrow for my Minecraft Picture Playthrough. What a cheesy outro. By the way, the seed was "Yay I'm special now" without the quotations. RE: Minecraft Picture Playthrough - Hippo - 08-28-2011 Day 2 First, I make a mine and hit iron almost straight away. After that, I heard a 'baa' and ran outside to kill the sheep that gave me my third piece of wool. So I made a bed. With my iron, I craft a bucket and an iron pickaxe. I'm glad I put these straight in the chest. I go on a pig hunt, but the first 2 pigs I find give me nothing. I find some coal while searching for pigs, and mine it. I then die a rather retarded death. I was hopping up a cliff and I pressed S instead of W. I go on a search for my stuff, but don't find any of it. With my stuff and my spirit gone, I head home. I find some pigs on the way home, but I'm too depressed to kill anything. With nothing better to do, I go mining. At least I find some coal to replenish my somewhat depleted stocks. And that brings us to the end of Day 2, as I go to bed. As always, more tomorrow!
