I don't want to take any immediate action without discussing it with you guys first. I somewhat suspect that he is Eric/Nice/Reterator.

By the looks of it, that site is called Tor, and it is a browser in order to securely browse the internet without giving ANY data as to the IP of the person.

It's very possible that the person is just someone who does reviews - and does not trust the site.
It is not Nice, because Kieron is asking me who RickAstley was the second I got on xFire.
