i made a skin and i wanted a top hat on it but i cant figure out how to make the top hat sit properly. plz fix
skin
-plain white shirt
-plain light blue pants
-no mouth but default eyes
-green bannded top hat (black)
PLZ HELP ME MAKE THIS SKIN
(i would even prefer it its just 1 image like when i walk to left or right his head doesnt turn)

You can't make a proper top hat, you have to make it a part of the head
