The "what goes on in the chat, stays in the chat" rule - does it apply to on-site chat? No reason for this, just curiosity.

The site chat is part of the site; therefore, no. That rule applies to places like tinychat which are not officially related to Buildism. I think I'll go ahead and update the rules to clarify it.
