If you mean you need a good drawing program, try paint.net if you have Windows Vista or better. If not, use GIMP -- it's what I use; they're both free.

PDN also works with XP. But I don't think Gimp supports XP.

Paint.net doesn't support XP unless you have Service Pack 3; GIMP does.

Why wouldn't you have Service Pack 3? It came out 4 years ago.
