Anonymous is an international organization, and there are many sub divisions located on Twitter and Facebook. Since the internet will be cesored, communications between Anonymous members will be harder. I think you are talking about Wiki leaks HQ underground bunker in Sweden.

this video is mostly about Americans loosing their freedom of speech. Anonymous members would probably be executed if they posted something against the government
