If so then yes Buildism is for Kids of all ages mostly ranging from 9-14.

Actually, legally the age limit starts at 13.
But if you mean do we have "strict" moderation, yes -- no swearing worse than the "D, H, and A" words (and abuse of them is punishable), and we try to keep things PG-13 at worst.

There's no age limit. We welcome kids of all ages to join Buildism.

No actually, there is. Try signing up with an account with a birthdate in 2005. Jacob_ changed it because of COPPA.
