Multiplayer isn't working - Qwertygiy - 05-01-2012

It says it's online, but it either:

A: Stays forever at "Starting Server..."

B: Opens the window but stops at "Logging In".

Is this because someone's trying to host but isn't doing it right or is there an actual problem?

That happens to me to, it's annoying. >_<
