I'm tired of him and his posts. Everything he has posted in the last few days is all spam and I'm not sure what to do with him on any of the threads he has made. The best solution I have come up with is to IP him for a few days, at least until he realizes what he is doing is wrong.

Agreed, but past experience shows that he's almost certainly going to use (a) proxy(ies).

Then I guess we'll need to ban dem proxies too.
There MUST be some public database that contains all the known proxy IPs or something.
