No one else has this problem, did you recently make any hardware/software changes? The last Buildism update was on 5/8.
Try deleteing your .buildism folder (start>run>%temp%).

I can't answer the other two, because
1) I don't know what I did to cause the error
2) There are no odd things
As for the other, I tried redownloading Buildism
Other details:
It says it can't find 'Unknown.png'
Interesting -
No lib folder in the .buildism folder.
