I don't see the point of it. I mean, if one day there's a Winnie the Pooh fad, it doesn't mean I'll start watching Winnie the Pooh...

It's not really a fad. The writing is pretty good. Animation is beautiful and voice acting brings out the characters' emotions in a way that sometimes breaks the fourth wall.
