There's no "possibly" about it, there is no way to upload Roblox meshes here and then use them in Roblox.

I'm saying is it possible to make you're OWN meshes using a 2D modeling program and then uploading them to Buildism?

Oh, for that, just use images. There's no such thing as a "mesh" on Buildism.
