Wait, so if I do it, I'm perm banned, but if leonartist does it, he gets his own section and everything? Yeah that makes a lot of sense.

I don't understand what you are qqing about. He re-uploaded the old skins on a different account and set the prices to 0 AND all those skins were moved to an archive to show that they aren't really oficial. Yes I agree some skins should be deleted, but for the most part there is no harm done.

Having your skins moved to the archive isn't a compliment.
Also, we have a new system for transferring skins (read the news section) that wasn't in place when he did that.
