Having a public friends list - Invader - 09-08-2012
The buddy list can't really be seen by anyone but yourself and I think you should have a friends list on your profile and you could send friend requests to people.
I know I'm going to get some "This isn't a social networking site," responses, but it just came to mind.

I say no because it's unnecessary. Why do you need to know who other people are friends with?
