User-made groups

I have an idea where users could make there own groups. It could vary on different subjects. Other people can join other groups. The maximum per user to create would be 2, and the maximum to join is 5.

I honesltly dont see the need for groups ussually all they are is Fan clubs and War Groups.

I agree, but i would dislike the war groups, fan groups and Building/scripting groups are awesome!
