Two discussions in one thread: FireFox & Chat Rules
#1
FireFox v.4.0 is now out for release, although v.4.1b (or it was v.4.2b) is out, it still does the same thing: When you hover your mouse over to anything that leads to a link, it says the link in the bottom left corner, where you click to open the chat. It gets annoying when you want to see who said what.
For the rules: We need to have some different rules, because a chat is different than a forum.

Rules from the forum rules apply, along with these suggested rules (if approved):
  • "Testing" repeatedly in the chat is not OK. To check for a bug, please announce you are checking for a bug, then do it. Do not say it just to break a rule. Doing this will result in a ban
  • Do not fight against a user. This will result in a warning.
  • Do not bring role-play topics into the chat because it's easier. This will result in a warning
  • Do not abuse the chat - This means don't make it your ultimate private messaging system, or [insert things that may happen later here]

ALSO:

We need a Report button somewhere in there, as well as an IP check (for mods) in case someone doesn't log in and posts bad stuff in there.
