Another basic question

Since I am a noob, I'd like to know if + how you could anchor a block in build. Its really confusing

First, click on the Advanced Tools icon (the pencil on the left). Click on the part you want to be Fixed, and then find the little checkbox labeled "Fix" on the panel on the right of the screen. Check it. Your part should be Fixed.
