\Dragon Quest is a series of RPGs originally developed/published by Enix (the game is now under the control of Square Enix), the game is well known for its quirky wording and repetitiveness of its various aspects, in example, almost any monster in a Dragon Quest game is likely seen in all the others.
I've only played the 8th and 9th games, and they are one of the best RPGs i've played.
