Make the best top-down game? I think top-down is underused and it would encourage people. If you change rotation and sprites you could make an RPG with top-down.

Best tool.
By tool, I mean in-game tool. It can be anything -- gun, sword, bubble gum, guitar, pet bird, explosive reset tool...
