No, if it says to buy something just find "Skip Advertisement".

OK, I got the download and have it opened. Now, how do I forward the Buildism App?

Just choose the generic "New Window" or whatever (don't choose a specific program), list a port like it tells you to do, and then try to host a server with that port.

You shouldn't have to download anything--it's just changing some settings in your router's control panel.
