We should watermarks on the items in the "Stuff" section so people don't rearrange the parts of the preview to remake it and then upload it for themselves.

Why would that help? You can just click the download link to get the skin in the correct format and re-upload that.

Any skins that are copied and uploaded without credit will be deleted if I find out about them.

In the future, I'll probably add the option for skin creators to prevent downloading, users would then click a "use this skin" link. That is when the watermarks would be added.
