Well, then you would have no life. MODs need to do chores and go to school aswell... Although I have no school, Im kinda homeschooled. So I accually have nothing to do at t he moment than this.

They choose moderators if you are helpfull and if you are active, i think that if they choose a new moderator it Should be Login, hes really active and always helped people!
