Questions about skins...

When you make one on a paint program,can you make the template bigger and still upload to get more detail? Because it is hard to work on a small template with so few pixles. :/

No, I'm afraid you'll have to work with the size they have. However, you might be able to resize it to a larger size, work on it, and then reduce it back to the normal size. That way you could work on it more easily. However, the detail might suffer from this.

You can try using paint.net and zooming in as much as you want.

His issue isn't due to the fact that he has trouble seeing the template, it's because he doesn't have enough pixels to draw it efficiently.

OH SWEET! I just used a ROBLOX template Drew on it and then cut and pasted it! xD It works fine! =3
