Just wondering: How are Warning Levels decreased? Do they decrease like 5% Per day? And what happens when you get a full 100%?

There is a timer for when it expires. Moderators set the time it expires. Could be a day. Could be a week. (you set the numbers too, so it could be 5 weeks). Could be a month. Or permanent, so it never expires.

Permanent would be something like mass-spam, with mass-flame, and a lot of things done, but he's new. It's confusing. You'll have a feeling when to use it.

We haven't reached that yet, but I think it bans you until the warning expires. Not completely sure.
