To be honest, the best looking one is Sam Flynn. CLU looks a bit akward and the Manuel skin looks well.... Not as good as the other two.

I think tey are pretty good, but Manuel`s legs are too short!

Actually, the legs are a bigger area. What you are seeing is an illusion caused by the lights inbetween the legs.
