You don't need assets to put those pictures into tools. Just look at my models, they didn't use assets from Buildism.net, but then they still have textures. You can simply use an image hosting site.

Also, mods are out of this question, only Jacob_ can make them (or other authorized people).

Yes, just simply replace the "Texture" property with the direct link to the image (which in this case, is http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=rbkrx1&s=7)
