Having the curse filter is a disgrace to humanity and the First amendment. People break it all the time, and they aren't penalized. So why don't we just bring it back, since it isn't a crime to cuss?

This is where I'm moving to. A concentration camp like 2DWorlds is right now.
It's not against the law to eat poop, either.
It's not against the law to bathe in caustic chemicals, either. And I'm pretty sure that if you go into any McDonald's or any Wal-Mart or any Taco Bell and start swearing, you're going to get kicked out as soon as you can say [censored]ing [censored].

You should be allowed to do whatever you want as long as it does not harm someone else emotionally/mentally/physically. another person's property or the environment.

Yeah, and there's no way at all that calling someone a [censored]ing [censored] all the time is going to ever possibly harm them emotionally.

Well it could just be a joke and what I mean emotionally is that when it's directed towards someone specifically, their self, their race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.

Yeah, and calling someone a [censored]ing [censored] (which is half of the usage I see of swear words around here) is aimed towards someone specifically, their self.
And if it's a joke, then how is anyone laughing except the one swearing?
