Cant play on Ubuntu
#1
Apperantly any folder that starts with a "." is a hidden file and can only be accessed by the root user.

So now Buildism causes a FileNotFoundException whenever I try playing.
So thats nice.
EDIT: The downloadable editor works, however Ubuntu defaults .jar files as archives.
But running "java -jar Buildism.jar" works fine.

You don't need to be a root user to access hidden files...

Because it's better than everything else. Only reason I use windows is because I play games and I only have one hard drive.

It might be better but that doesn't mean that it's compatible with anything

Do you use OpenJDK or regular Java?

If you use OpenJDK, don't.

Yes, I use OpenJDK because I couldn't get regular Java to work.
I'll try to install it.

I uninstalled everyhing that had "java" in its name.
Installed java.
And tried to install the java plugin.
But firefox wont regonize it.
What do?
EDIT: I went to the addons manager, saw java console, and cicked the "Install" button.
All it said was "Error downloading"
Oh - wait- that was for Java 5. >.<
