Can't start the Editor, or play games

Bug 
I have the most recent version of Java, and I am running a Vista machine. Whenever I try to open the Editor or play a game, I get this error:

Do you have Java Web Start? Because i couldn't launch games either til i had that.

Fixed, the launch file had a typo in it.

Why, i don't think I do. Leme download it and check.

EDIT: Apparently, Java Web Start comes packaged with the JRE I have already gotten (or so a website told me)?
