How do you make a 'skin?

I don't know how to make one, and I can't find a girl one. If anyone has a nice looking girl one for me, can you post a link? ty ^_^

Copy it, paste it into your image editing program, and edit it from there.

There's only one girl skin that I'm aware of, but I'm afraid that when I made the first version of it I didn't quite make it to be worn, I made it to be part of animationy stuff in games, so it looks a little weird
