Its not as simple as you think. For perfect lows you need to vibrate the vocal chords like a frustrated sigh, then make an O shape with your mouth, then push up with your diaphram. It takes ALOT of practice.

Personally, I love any time of music. Although, screamo, rock, and etc. are my top ones.

Despite that, my favorite band is Nightwish (rock/opera).

Low is easiest for me, but that's just my deep voice. Doing high pitch when I actually have to try. I can't do screeching. It really didn't take me much practice. One day I was walking to school singing to Linkin Park and went HOLY MOLY DONUT SHOP I JUST DID TEH SCREAM PART.

I guess singing when I have time counts as practice...

I don't do straight up screamo, I like the balance of actual singing and then the screaming.
