I'm a terrible person.

Ok so I was a mod on this once civilized political debate forum for a few months now, and all of a sudden everyone started calling me a kike, fascist, and Hitler-worshipper and one guy told me to go die. This was all because I enforced a "no porn" rule, then everyone started rebelling against me on Friday, I tried to make due with it but couldn't. People started framing me to get me out, and the owner of the site who I was once friendly with liked me very much and at the time the community hated everyone. Well today I went over-troll, I became abusive with my powers, I started banning everyone like hell, I deleted 95% of the sections, -2000 threads were deleted forever, and -15000 posts are now gone, I'm IP'd and I understand that but I feel so guilty now. I should of resigned and that's it. I'm not a nasty person but I feel like a horrible, HORRIBLE human-being now for doing that. I just wanted to get this off my chest.

Ever since last month, I grew so much inner-hate for the forum I was on.
I made a BAD MISTAKE. I even told my dad what I did because I couldn't take it anymore, he told me "that isn't you, why would you do that?", I just didn't answer and started getting nervous.

Rage makes people do stupid things they wouldn't normally do. It's happened to me before several times, though thankfully not very much in ways that affected anyone else. And honestly, I don't know the full story, but it sounds to me that until you 'cracked' you were doing the right thing.

If it makes you feel any better, obviously people can be unbanned, and in most forums, admins can restore deleted threads. It's happened a couple of times on Buildism when they've been accidentally deleted. So you might not have completely destroyed everything.

Seriously though, you really screwed up and there is no way that you can ever compensate for it.

I'm not worried about the ban thingy, but I feel terrible mentally for deleting so many months worth of activity. I deleted ALL SECTIONS AND 95% OF THREADS. They were all cyber-bullies and bad trolls on the forum and IMPOSSIBLE to moderate, it's a forum for these people from the World Wide Chat on ROBLOX which was removed, now I understand why the mods hated them so much.

No because I know what you'll do. I did screw up big time, and I can't re-pay back. They hired me as a mod because I am trustworthy and I did the job well for awhile until today..

I wasn't a corrupt admin on the site though, the community on it caused me so much rage, I'm not kidding, I should of controlled myself and i should of just resigned.
