It takes a few seconds for my character to even move. I'm on a Toshiba laptop from 2009, using stellar internet connection. Help? :doubt:

Well, I'm using a Samsung laptop with 4 cores (2 cores per CPU, 2 threads per core) with Windows 7 and Intel Core i5 CPU at 2.67GHz. My RAM is 4 GB, and I have a 64-bit OS. My internet download speed is 15.88 Mbps and my upload speed is 1.11 Mbps. I have no lag.

Same specs too, Paradox! (Except my comp. is 32-bit and my internet download speed is a painfully slow 35 kbps. and the upload speed a measly 10 kbps, nd it takes me around 800 milliseconds to ping google.com... fast, eh?) (sarcasm)

And I use the (Painfully painfully PAINFULLY ANNOYING) windows vista. I'd rather use windows XP.

Try opening the Task Manager. If your CPU % is high, then that's why. You can remove some of it by: going to processes and ending process of unnecessary things, end programs, lower tabs.

Just exit anything inessential on your Task Manager. Quit any games you're playing. Ya know, Buildism uses around 350,000 Kilobytes of RAM.
