I make the skin after they request it- or in a tributes case- make it for them and let them choose to wear it, I don't force people.

Joke aside, you can just tell them that you made it, or you can expect the wearer of the skin to say who made it.

Put your name somewhere on it. small enough that its not extremly noticable but big enough that you can see it
