Wheatly turns evil, and you shoot a portal at the moon. THE MOON. You throw Wheatly into the portal, and then stuff happens.

Wheatley takes GLaDOS' body and takes control of Aperture. You first go through old testing areas from when Aperture was run by Cave Johnson, you then go through a few od Wheatley's STUPID [easy] chambers. He eventually takes GLaDOS' chambers but rages because you beat them all and GLaDOS keeps calling him an idiot.

Then he tries to kill you but fails, you shoot him to the moon and put GLaDOS back. Then GLaDOS calls you her friend and kicks you out with your incinerated companion cube.

Oh GLaDOS becomes a potato when Wheatley takes over. :3
